I’m Charen Cusi, the proud owner of Smart Mortgage Brokers Ltd DBA Mortgage Alliance Smart Mortgage Brokers. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about mathematics and have wanted to help people succeed financially. I went on to study mathematics, getting my Master of Science in Mathematics Education from Ateneo de Manila University. This foundation allows me to understand the mortgage industry and give my clients the best mortgage solution.

I love helping people to make their dream of owning a home a reality. I’ve been a mortgage broker since 2010, and today, my client base is steadily growing. I am proud that most of our new business comes from referrals.

It is a delight to see how each client or family goes through the journey of home ownership and building wealth through real estate. It is highly reading to watch them go from little knowledge and wavering thoughts to making their first step and closing the deal on their new home. The fact that they put their trust in us is humbling.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, what sets me apart from others is my commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding results. I believe in continuous improvement, expanding our resources to ensure that our client’s needs are met and exceeded.

I attribute my success to my fantastic mentors, superb team, great life values, and my clients’ trust.

Every year, we hold client appreciation day during the Christmas season. Seeing my clients, who are like family, enjoy the event and exchange warm greetings has indeed given me immense satisfaction over the years.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, I have a few different interests. I’m involved in our church ministry and enjoy community outreach. I love to sing and enjoy nature, sports, and travelling. I also believe in giving back to society, and as part of that belief, I want to help children without parents with education so they can have a better future.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
